Focused Fashions goal is to provide customers with quality products at affordable prices, and we want you to be happy and confident with your purchase. We check all items for any defects prior to shipping. If you receive items that are defective, Focused Fashions will exchange the item (s) for the original item (s) ordered or issue an account credit if the item (s) are no longer available.
- All Sales Are Final! There are no returns or exchanges once you have purchased the jewelry (except for manufacturer’s defects). You have seven (7) business days in which to inspect and return any manufacturer’s defects to receive a replacement of the same item or an account credit. A credit will only be issued if the item (s) are out of stock. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive an exchange or account credit.
- Normal wear and tear or accidental breakage caused by the customer, which includes improper storage of jewelry, is NOT covered by the return policy.
- Any items tarnished or discolored from chemicals (i.e., hairspray, perfume, water) are not covered by the return policy.
Procedures for All Exchanges
The following procedures apply to all returns for exchange or credit:
- The exchange must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned, as merchandise damaged from improper packing will not be accepted.
- Exchanges must be sent via US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Insurance is not required for exchanges, however, Focused Fashions is not responsible for items lost in transit.
- All returns must be shipped to Focused Fashions with shipping pre-paid. Focused Fashions does not accept (C.O.D.) packages.
- All exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days from the purchase date of the receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item (s) must be in original unused condition. All cards, tags, boxes etc. must be included with your exchange. Exchanges received after seven (7) days of receipt will not be accepted.
- No exchange or credit of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.

- Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges.
- Packages that are returned or shipped with incorrect shipping information by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
- We do not accept P.O. Boxes as a shipping address.
- We do not guarantee that all the requested items are in stock. A store credit will be issued for any out of stock items.
- Please allow 5-7 days for orders to be processed for shipping.
